Delete your account and data

Data we collect and why

  • Details you provide, such as your phone number, name or business name, province and profile image or logo, to create your account, sign you in and identify the producer.
  • Plot and growing area details, activities, costs, income, household or community records, and photos or videos you add, to store records, calculate summaries and create reports. Your text and media may include personal or health information you choose to record.
  • Connection data, such as IP address, device or browser information, access times, errors and report views, to operate and secure the service and count visitors. If you contact us, we use your contact details and message to respond.

Device permissions and cookies

The app requests camera, photo library or microphone access when you capture, select or save media. You can refuse or revoke access in your device settings. The related feature may then be unavailable.

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in. Report pages use a browser identifier cookie, lasting up to one year, to count repeat visitors. You can clear it in your browser. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking across apps.

Who can access your data

When you create a report, anyone with its link or QR code can view the included data and media. Password protection requires visitors to enter the password. Reports without a password may appear in search engines. You can unpublish or delete a report, but copies saved by others may remain.

We use Google Cloud Run and Firebase (Firestore and Cloud Storage) to host the service and store data. If you use report translation, report titles, business names and activity text are sent to Google Gemini for translation. Providers may process data outside Thailand and must protect it to at least the standard in this policy.

We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising. We may disclose what is necessary to comply with law or protect the service.

Security and retention

Data is sent over HTTPS. Service administration access is limited to those who need it. We retain account data and records while you use the service or while needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise them.

Account deletion and your rights

You can edit your details and delete records in the app. To delete your TIM account and associated data, email us with your registered phone number and a request to delete the account. Do not send passwords or OTP codes. We will verify account ownership, explain the processing timeframe and confirm completion.

Deletion covers your account, records, media and associated reports. If law or fraud prevention requires us to retain some data, we will explain what, why and for how long. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.

You can also contact us to request access, a copy, correction, restriction or objection to processing, or to withdraw consent, as provided by applicable law. Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing before that point.

Email an account deletion request

Children

TIM is not intended for children under 13. If a child has provided data without parental permission, contact us so we can review and delete it.

Policy changes

We publish revisions and their update date here. For material changes to how we use data, we will notify you through the service and seek additional consent when required.
