# How to record and share reports in TIM

## What do I need to get started?

Have a phone number for OTP sign-in and details of your work. For rice or coffee, prepare producer details, plot name, area and growing method. Talk to TIM about working with partners or other products.

## From plot records to a report people can review

1. **Add your plot**

   Add a name, area, growing method and start date. Keep records grouped by plot.

2. **Record your activities**

   Record farm work, nature care and work with partners, with dates, details, photos or videos.

3. **Create and share a report**

   Choose plots and publish their records as a report with a link or QR code.

4. **Verify together**

   Review plot evidence, assess and vote under shared criteria, then record each round’s results on Blockchain.

## Do buyers need an account?

No. Open a published report by link or QR code. If the owner sets a viewing password, enter it first.

## Can I use TIM if I do not make the product myself?

Yes. Brands, processors and retailers can record ingredient origins, purchasing agreements or community support with producers, so buyers see each partner’s role.
